Change Your Account Information

Here's how to change your Qredo account information, such as Name, Network Alias, Password, or Email Address:

  1. Sign in to your Qredo Account.
  2. Click your account name in the top-right corner of your Qredo Account screen.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. From the left-hand menu, select Profile.
  5. Select Change next to Name, Network Alias, Password, or Email Address.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Note that changing any type of Qredo account information will require you to authorize the change using your mobile Qredo Signing App.

  1. Once you’ve entered the new information and confirmed the change, you should receive a notification on your mobile device from the Qredo Signing App.
  2. Tap the notification. Verify your biometrics, and enter the PIN associated with the Qredo account in question to sign in on your mobile device.
  3. Select Authorize, verify your biometrics, and enter the PIN associated with the Qredo account in question.
  4. Select Confirm.
