Here's how to change your Qredo account information, such as Name, Network Alias, Password, or Email Address:
- Sign in to your Qredo Account.
- Click your account name in the top-right corner of your Qredo Account screen.
- Select Settings.
- From the left-hand menu, select Profile.
- Select Change next to Name, Network Alias, Password, or Email Address.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Note that changing any type of Qredo account information will require you to authorize the change using your mobile Qredo Signing App.
- Once you’ve entered the new information and confirmed the change, you should receive a notification on your mobile device from the Qredo Signing App.
- Tap the notification. Verify your biometrics, and enter the PIN associated with the Qredo account in question to sign in on your mobile device.
- Select Authorize, verify your biometrics, and enter the PIN associated with the Qredo account in question.
- Select Confirm.
